All products will be granted a 7-day appreciation period. Please contact customer service within 7 days after receipt for returns or exchanges. The 7-day period includes holidays and weekends. Products once unsealed will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Please note that the 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period. To return or exchange a product, it must be "brand new, unopened with intact seals, unused, and include complete packaging and accessories." Return shipping is at your own expense. Loss of accessories will not be accepted.
